Cookies

Three weeks into the new year, and I've only broken my weekly blog post resolution once!  That's pretty good for me (Nathan).

We're right into the middle of winter busy-ness, with the kids having fun at home with Mommy while Dad's away on ski trips.  Here, Finley is building garages in socks and underpants.

Charlotte got a new baby doll for Christmas, which she named "Alligator Bumblebee."  I think Alligator is buried under a mound of clothes and blankets in this picture.  In any case, Charlotte loves playing Mommy.

Last week the kids made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with Mommy - they were very good helpers, especially when it came time to clean the mixer.

Dancing in celebration, fueled by sugar.

Snuggling with Mom after a job well done.  The empty shampoo bottle in Finley's hand is his "hook" - he carries this around when he's a crane/tow truck.

Finley is starting to get good at drawing pictures.  This one was interesting because he drew a horizon line in the background instead of putting the house right on top of the horizon line.
