It was wicked hot here today, so we packed up Finley and headed to Reid State Park. Grammie and Grandpa Gilmore even drove down to meet us at the beach for the day. He had lots of fun playing around and walking with us on the beach, but never quite mustered up the courage to completely leave the blanket to crawl around in the sand on his own. He even put his feet in the water (okay, mom made him do it and it was cold, but it was a nice sensory experience for a tiny baby, right!?)A couple of bonus pictures from the last few days:
